Assoc. Prof. Dr. Z. Ulaş Bali was born on 24.04.1982 in Gallipoli.

After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Medicine and Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Z. Ulaş Bali received his specialization at Celal Bayar University. Having performed more than 35,000 successful surgeries, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Z. Ulaş Bali has worked in various health institutions throughout his career.

At the same time, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Z. Ulaş Bali presented the plastic surgery operations he performed at Istanbul Medical Park Hospital with the highest quality standards.
