He was born in Denizli in 1987. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Denizli. After high school, he started medical education at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. After graduating from university, he received his Plastic Surgery specialty training at Istanbul University Çapa Faculty of Medicine and worked as a Plastic Surgery Assistant there.

Semerci, who served in institutions such as Ordu State Hospital, Giresun Private Ada Hospital, finally worked as a Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon at Istanbul International Plus Clinic. Dr. Gökhan Semerci, who has squeezed hundreds of operations into more than 10 years of plastic surgery experience, speaks advanced English. Gökhan Semerci, who received advanced training in Microsurgery in Switzerland, also took on the role of training new Plastic Surgeons during this period, as well as his personal development.
